COVID-19 / Bursar Information
As we prepare for the phased reopening of campus beginning July 7, contactless services will continue electronically as much as possible until social distancing requirements are lifted. Please help us prioritize everyone’s health and safety by promoting the use of our online services. The teller area will be open with social distancing line requirements 9:00 am – 4:30 pm. Zoom appointments can be scheduled for a personalized consultation, if needed.

OSU is required annually to furnish a Form 1098-T, Tuition Statement, which reports qualified tuition and related expenses associated with enrollment at OSU. This form is intended to assist you or your parents in the preparation of your federal income tax return. Here is a 国外浏览器你懂得 of the 2023 Form 1098-T, that you will receive in January 2023. For more information about Form 1098-T, visit IRS.gov.
The fastest way to obtain your 1098-T information is to log into Student Self-Service. Click on OSU Stillwater/Tulsa Bursar Account under Quick Links. Holds/Finance Charges - A Bursar financial hold is placed on a student's account whose balance is past due, barring enrollment in a subsequent semester. Payment is due upon receipt of the statement. Any balance that is unpaid after the 15th will be assessed a finance charge of 1.5% or an annual percentage rate of 19.56% when computed from the billing date. If your bursar account becomes past due, finance charges are added, enrollment for future semesters is not allowed, and transcripts and diplomas are not released until the past due balance is paid in full.
